Troubleshooting AnyViewer Login Issues After Adding a Hard Disk

1. Issue

After adding a hard disk to the receiving end of this account, the machine has been repeatedly failing to log in automatically after reboot, and changing the machine code after each reboot.

2. Cause

AnyViewer identifies a device by the CPU, disk and network card characteristics of the installed computer. Any change in any of the devices will result in a change in the AnyViewer ID.
